They have one of the best chicken salads around! I was bummed when my former spot in Greek Town closed that I would get them from but now I'm back happy! This place has been around forever but I've never tried their chicken salad until recently and I'm hooked. The salad is a very nice size and two people can easily share. You get plenty of grilled chicken and fresh vegetables. Come with a piece of Italian bread and butter. Definitely my go to spot for a chicken salad.

Very good. Nice fresh food since it's always busy. Gyros, burgers and hotdogs are good. But burgers are a bit small, bread is big.
One of the best beefs I have ever had! I always ask for the fries crispy too. I'll def be returning!
Soooo, I've had this beef at least 3 times since I left the review above and I can say that it is consistently good. The meat was probably dry once. I didn't get cheese any of those times either.
I've had all of the supposed best beefs in the Chicagoland area. Pete's is the best by far. Many of the other offerings like the Greek chicken are great as well. I've never been disappointed with anything there. Service is quick and you can take it to go or eat in or out.
Best Beef hands down. Don't believe the hype and cheat yourself to Als Portillos, or Buona this is where it's at. The most solid beef I will put Pete's up against anyone.
Pete's has been a staple in the community for as long as I can remember. The best gyro, hot dog and polish sausage you can imagine! I highly recommend Pete's‼
Solid good food. When you think of a traditional Chicago restaurant where in the menu there is something for everyone, this is it. Personally I get a burger of beef. The service is quick but make sure you know what you want. They are impatient. Personally they are behind mickeys in my book but better than lucky dog.
